At Koio, we want you to find your perfect fit, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn footwear in its original packaging. Our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with the craftsmanship and comfort of your new Italian-made shoes.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is submitted, we will email you a prepaid UPS shipping label to print and attach to your return package.

• 3.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn shoes back in their original Koio box and dust bags, ensuring the package is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-10 business days of being received at our warehouse.
